You have:
  • high or low blood pressure
  • arthritis
  • osteoporosis
  • epilepsy
  • neck problems
  • back problems
  • joint problems
  • asthma
  • diabetes
  • any other medical condition for which you have sought advice

You are pregnant or have had a baby in the last 6 months

You have had surgery in the last year

You are undergoing medical treatment or taking prescription medication

You must not do your Daily Exercises today if you:

  • have taken any painkillers in the last 4 hours
  • have been drinking alcohol
  • have sustained an injury
  • are in pain or feel unwell
  • have eaten a heavy meal in the last hour

You must ensure that your chair is stable and that you have ample room to stretch out your arms and legs before continuing. You must ensure that any equipment you use is in good working order.

I have read the above notices and confirm that I do not need to seek the consent of my medical practitioner before continuing or I have sought and obtained the consent of medical practitioner. None of the factors listed above apply to me and I confirm that my chair is stable, I have ample room to stretch my arms and legs, and my equipment is in good working order.
