Lots of people have sedentary jobs that involve them sitting at a desk all day, and these people really benefit from stretching and exercising. We've put together a beneficial collection of exercises that can be done at a desk, at work or at home.

Why are comments moderated?
There are lot of people out there who like to abuse 'open' comment systems like ours, putting in spam, adverts and obscene messages. So we check each comment to make sure it's honest. We do this pretty much every day, so comments don't wait long before going up on the website.
What's the difference between Daily Exercise and Core Minutes Personal?
Daily Exercise just presents random exercises to the user, and is aimed at people who just want something quick and easy now! Core Minutes Personal works in the same way, but delivers fully structured programmes of exercises to the user based on their input. Both services are free of charge.
