A resistance band is a long length of very stretchy rubber. Bands are mostly used for resistance and strength work. Their ability to wrap around the body, or for the user to sit or stand on one end, makes them extremely flexible pieces of equipment.
There are many of these bands to choose from, and they come in all sorts of weird and wonderful colours. Women like them, but they are just as useful for men who want to do a little strength training.

getting 2 or 3 bands is
getting 2 or 3 bands is useful. maybe a strong one and a weak one for working different areas of the body. i have 3 and chose the right one or the right exercise.
